Fomar Friction offers a wide range of brake blocks, shoes, linings and disks for passenger cars, delivery trucks and utility vehicles. We have over 60 years of experience in the automotive industry, access to the international resources and modern technologies. Currently, Fomar Friction brand includes 800 references of brake blocks for passenger cars and delivery trucks and 65 references for utility vehicles. These are applicable for the following makes: VW, Skoda, Ford, Honda, Lancia, Peugeot, Jeep, Daewoo, Kia, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Seat and Audi.
We are constantly extending our offer. Fomar Friction is a great quality for a reasonable price. All brake blocks are R90 homologated by TUV Germany or IDIADA and PIMOT. They are characterized by low wear, optimum utility parameters and provide a maximum increase in driving safety connected with a comfort of use.
We sell elements for brake systems to over 30 countries on three continents. We dispose of a complex network of research and development departments all over the world. Our research centre in Poland is the best equipped from within all such centres in Middle and Eastern Europe.
We design and manufacture our products all by ourselves. We use modern technologies and apply a special third layer, a so called sand bed, which firmly bonds the plate with friction material. A wide range of friction compounds currently includes 32 formulas. They meet high ecological ELV requirements – they do not contain asbestos, lead, mercury oxide, cadmium oxide nor chromium oxide VI. We constantly strive for a maximum improvement of our products in order for our brake blocks to have even better performance parameters.
